How do I subscribe?


The option to subscribe is available at the bottom of our product page for all of our snack box products.




What do I do if I don’t like certain products in my subscription?


That’s okay too. Everyone has their own individual preferences and we have made this super easy for you to manage on our website. You may update your snack preferences in your 'My Subscriptions' page on your members profile. However, we request that all changes for the following week be completed by Thursday, 2pm the previous week. If you get stuck don't worry, we are here to help. Just email us on support@littlelunchbox.co.uk for more assistance.




What if I am unhappy with my service or product


We strive to provide the best customer service possible. If there is anything unsatisfactory with your order we would love to hear it. Drop us an email on support@littlelunchbox.co.uk with your name, email and product issue.




How do I know what’s in each snack?


Each snack is labelled with its full ingredients list and any allergens are highlighted in bold. We are currently working on sharing full nutritional information for all our snacks shortly.




Where do you deliver?


We deliver our snacks and snack boxes all across the UK.




How much is delivery?


Delivery is FREE for all of our snacks and snack boxes.




When do deliveries occur?


We aim to have all of your Snacks and Snack boxes delivered within 3 business days.




What is the shelf-life of your products?


Each of our snacks are labelled with a Use By Date which should be strictly adhered too. However, on average most of our snacks can last up to one month if kept in their original packaging and in a dry, cool place.




Is your packaging recyclable?


Yes! All of our packaging for our snacks and snack boxes is 100% recyclable.




How do I manage my subscription (e.g. pause, change snack preferences)


You can easily amend your subscription information - such as address details, pausing or cancelling your subscription in your 'My Subscriptions' page on your members profile.

Here, you can also change your snack preferences too, so that we only send you the snacks you love the most.

To view this page simply login to our members page on the far top right of our website (or on our menu if using mobile) using the email created in your order. Following this, click the link to 'My Subscriptions'

From here you can edit your snack box subscription (e.g. pause, cancel) or change your snack preferences for the following week.
